Before using the VividiCart website/mobile app/online platform (hereinafter referred to as “VividiCart”), please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms stated below.

1. Use of Services

   All products and services provided by VividiCart are intended for personal or business use only.

   Users must provide accurate and complete information (such as name, address, bank details, etc.).

   The company reserves the right to block any account if the platform is misused or used for illegal activities.

2. Orders & Payment

   All orders are processed based on product availability.

   Payments must be made only through the secure payment gateway approved by VividiCart.

   Orders will be confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.

3. Delivery & Shipping

   The company will make every effort to deliver the product within the specified time.

   VividiCart will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, logistic issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns

   If a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must inform VividiCart customer care within 7 days.

   Returns/refunds will be processed according to VividiCart’s return policy.

   Customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

5. Warranty & Liability

   VividiCart strives to ensure the quality of its products; however, the company will not be held liable for minor variations arising from third-party manufacturing.

   VividiCart is not responsible for data loss, technical issues, or other damages that may occur while using the website/app.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content on the website (including logo, design, text, graphics, etc.) is either owned by or licensed to VividiCart.

   Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Membership & MLM Plan

   (Applicable only for VividiCart marketing activities)

   Members who join VividiCart must follow the company’s legally approved marketing plans.

   Membership commission/bonus will be provided as per the company’s plan and rules.

   It is the responsibility of the member to comply with all applicable government regulations.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

   VividiCart operates in accordance with Indian laws.

   Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka (specific city/district to be updated).

9. Changes to Terms

   VividiCart reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   Updated terms will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
