Return Period
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Products Eligible for Return
Products received in a damaged condition.
Products delivered in the wrong size, color, or design.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used or soiled by the customer.
Custom/Personalized products (such as logo print, name print, or special orders).
Products purchased at a discount/offer price, unless the company specifically allows returns for such items.
Return Process
Submit a return request to VividiCart Customer Care (via email/phone/app).
Provide the order number and photo evidence (showing damage/issue).
After company approval, the product must be sent back to the designated address in its original packaging.
Transit Damage/Loss
VividiCart will not be responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return transit due to improper packaging by the customer.
