Product Return

VividiCart Marketing Pvt. Ltd. – Return Policy

  1. Return Period

    Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

  2. Products Eligible for Return

    1. Products received in a damaged condition.
    2. Products delivered in the wrong size, color, or design.
  3. Products Not Eligible for Return

    1. Products that have been used or soiled by the customer.
    2. Custom/Personalized products (such as logo print, name print, or special orders).
    3. Products purchased at a discount/offer price, unless the company specifically allows returns for such items.
  4. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request to VividiCart Customer Care (via email/phone/app).
    2. Provide the order number and photo evidence (showing damage/issue).
    3. After company approval, the product must be sent back to the designated address in its original packaging.
  5. Transit Damage/Loss

    VividiCart will not be responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return transit due to improper packaging by the customer.

  6. Refunding

    Refunding option not available.

  7. Company Rights

    VividiCart reserves the right to reject any return request if false information, misuse, or tampering is detected.
